Sanagi was founded on a simple observation: most organisations do not lack ambition or intelligence — they lack structural clarity and alignment. We specialise in Strategic Visual Management and Obeya architecture at leadership level. I am particularly passionate about creating environments where leaders can see clearly, decide confidently and remove friction from complex delivery landscapes.
Over the past two decades, I have worked across retail, telecommunications, finance, healthcare and government sectors, supporting clients such as large national retailers, public sector bodies and enterprise technology organisations to strengthen alignment, improve decision flow and build sustainable delivery capability.
